Sharon and Craig Lewis serve luxury properties throughout Sarasota County, specializing in the barrier islands, Southbay Yacht & Racquet Club and metropolitan downtown. Sharon has lived and worked in the Sarasota area for over 30 years. She has been self-employed for most of her adult life. Sharon has been an Employing Yacht Broker, owning and operating Gulf Harbor Boat Brokers in Nokomis, Florida. As residents of Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club and members of the Casey Key Homeowner’s Association, Sharon and Craig are active in the community. Sharon is the past Commodore of Southbay’s Power and Sail Club, and has served on the Board of Directors for The Fine Arts Society of Sarasota as well as having been the President of her homeowner’s association.

Craig has more than 50 years of experience in home building, development and residential sales. Licensed since 1968, Craig has been a top producing Realtor and owned a Michigan brokerage before relocating to Florida in 1981. He has also been a custom home builder. His diverse real estate career includes residential sales in various high-volume sales regions across the country, giving him a broad outlook and keen ability to negotiate under any circumstance. Craig’s home building experience gives him an understanding of a property’s full potential and the nuances of building practices and regulations. He holds designations as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and (RAM) Realtor Alumni of Michigan from the University of Michigan. Craig has also been honored by the National Association of Realtors as “Realtor Emeritus.”
Sharon and Craig share an enthusiasm for life outside of their profession and enjoy Sarasota’s recreational opportunities. Craig holds a Yacht Captain’s license and enjoys golf and fishing. Sharon and Craig support local ministries and balance their strong work ethic with equally strong values of family and faith.
